PARCELS & DELIVERY

Fishgoo Shipping: Parcel Submission & Tracking

Submit stored Fishgoo goods as an international parcel, review eligible routes and charges, follow tracking and check delivery before confirming receipt.

01

Parcel Preparation

Several stored purchases can be assembled into one shipment. Confirm that the chosen line accepts the whole parcel before paying for that shipment.

  • Review the warehouse items and resolve any inspection issues.
  • Select the goods to send and submit a parcel request.
  • Choose an available shipping method for those goods and the destination.
  • Complete the requested declaration, address and payment details.

Check product and route eligibility before submitting a parcel, especially when its contents have transport restrictions.

02

Review the Parcel before Paying for Dispatch

Check the recipient’s name, address, postal code and contact details against the destination requirements. Identify every item included and complete the requested declaration accurately. If the warehouse has flagged a restricted product, clarify the flag before selecting a route; a route appearing for a different parcel does not establish eligibility for these goods.

Review packaging and any optional service separately from the route price. A shipping coupon may reduce an eligible freight charge, while a value-added-service coupon may apply elsewhere. Confirm the deduction shown at this stage rather than assuming a coupon already used during a different transaction will apply again.

03

Freight & Timing

The shipping amount depends on the actual packed parcel, destination and transport method. Check whether the selected line bills by actual weight, dimensional weight or another stated rule, including its rounding and weight bands. Check the selected line’s quoted services, estimated transit period and any chosen extras. Warehouse handling is separate from seller delivery, international transport and final delivery. Check the current parcel record for handling progress instead of adding one general estimate to every order. Delivery estimates are references, not guaranteed arrival dates.

For the arithmetic behind the quote, compare actual and volumetric weight using the worked sneaker-box examples.

The logistics policy checked on 3 November 2026 describes about one to two days for picking and packing after a delivery application, then lists the following transit references. They describe that policy page’s named routes and regions, not guaranteed arrival dates or confirmation that a route is currently offered for your parcel.

Use the live quote and parcel record to confirm the route you can actually select. The table does not establish whether a particular estimate includes every destination-specific customs or last-mile event. A weekend, a warehouse preparation stage and an international business day should not be silently counted as identical parts of an arrival promise.

05

Tracking Updates

After dispatch, open your parcel record in the personal account area and select its shipment-tracking function. International updates can lag because the parcel moves between carriers and customs stages. If the status is unclear or stops updating, contact Fishgoo support with the parcel number; support can provide additional tracking guidance.

06

Investigate a Tracking Gap with the Right Records

Keep the Fishgoo parcel number, international tracking number and latest visible carrier event together. Check whether the parcel is still being prepared, has been handed to the international line or has reached a destination carrier. A lack of new scans alone does not identify which party currently has the parcel or establish that it is lost.

Fishgoo’s tracking help says international updates can lag and support can provide additional links or guidance. Ask for clarification using the actual parcel record. If the carrier requests documents, tax payment or collection from a pickup point, respond through the relevant official channel; failing to act can affect both delivery and a later compensation enquiry.

07

Delivery Checks

A tracking gap alone does not establish parcel loss. Keep the parcel record and any carrier messages together when asking for an investigation.

  • Keep the recipient name, address and contact information accurate.
  • Respond promptly to delivery or clearance requests.
  • Check the parcel and preserve packaging if something is missing.
  • Confirm receipt in the account after receiving and checking the delivery.
08

Understand the Logistics Policy’s Responsibility Limits

The logistics policy does not promise compensation for every loss, shortage, damage or delay. It excludes indirect losses and unrealised benefits and lists situations where ordinary compensation does not apply, including customer-caused problems, prohibited goods, certain customs actions and failure to raise an enquiry within the applicable period.

The policy also lists intact delivery without tampering or weight change, and signing under the prescribed procedures, among its limitations. If something is wrong, preserve the packaging and delivery evidence and report it promptly. These general logistics terms and any separately purchased insurance must be read together for the actual incident; the insurance guide describes its own partial-loss process and exclusions.

Optional cover has a separate scope. Read the parcel insurance conditions before relying on an insured value or making a claim.

09

Check the Package before Confirming Receipt

Compare the contents with the items in the parcel record. Keep clear photographs of the outer packaging, labels and any visible damage if you need to report missing goods. Record what is missing by item and quantity rather than describing the entire shipment as wrong. Ask support which carrier document is required for the particular case.

After receiving and checking the parcel, use the corresponding My Parcel record to confirm receipt. The official buying sequence connects this step with reward points, but does not specify a universal points value. Follow the current account rules and do not confirm a disputed delivery merely to trigger a reward.
