GETTING STARTED

Fishgoo Account Setup & Product Orders

Set up and activate a Fishgoo account, search an original product link, select exact options and place an order before the separate warehouse and shipping stages.

01

Account Registration

Start registration with an email address you can access, a password and the requested verification details. Complete the email activation step before using the account. Keep the email available for order messages and account recovery.

02

Prepare Your Account and Order Records

Use an email address you can continue to access after the first purchase. Registration and email activation are separate steps: creating a password does not complete activation. If you cannot find the activation message, check the address you entered and your mail folders before contacting support. Keep activation codes and passwords private; support enquiries should identify the account or order without exposing those credentials.

Keep a simple record of the product link, selected option and amount paid for each order. This is a practical recordkeeping suggestion, rather than an extra Fishgoo registration requirement. It becomes useful when a listing changes, several similar items arrive together, or you need to explain a mismatch to the purchasing team.

03

Product Search

Fishgoo supports product-link searches from Weidian, Taobao and 1688. Its search tools also include image uploads and shop searches by name or link. Our category pages help you discover candidates; placing a purchase order happens in your Fishgoo account.

  • Open a find and check its full product information.
  • Locate the original marketplace link, then search that link in Fishgoo.
  • Confirm that the exact item can be processed before paying.

If you are still choosing an item, browse the product categories before moving from a reference to an order.

04

Move from a Reference to an Orderable Item

A product found in this directory opens its full external catalogue listing. That discovery page and the original Chinese marketplace offer are different records. Locate the underlying product link and use Fishgoo’s supported search tools to check whether it can process the item. An image match or a familiar title does not establish that two offers have the same seller, specifications or price.

Before adding the item to the cart, match the picture to the exact colour, size and version offered by the seller. If a listing has several designs, record the option name as well as the product title. Ask for clarification about missing measurements or included parts before payment, when changing the selection is still simpler.

05

Variants & Checkout

Select the required size, colour, specification and quantity. Pay for an individual item at checkout or put several items in the cart and pay together. Check the selected options and delivery cost to the Chinese warehouse before confirming payment.

06

Separate Payment from Seller Fulfilment

Payment starts the purchasing process; it does not mean that the seller has already dispatched the goods. Follow the order’s actual status while Fishgoo processes the purchase and the seller arranges domestic delivery. If you need a change, contact the team handling that order promptly and identify the original order rather than placing a duplicate on the assumption that the first one will disappear.

International freight is a later decision. At checkout, confirm the item, quantity and charge for delivery to the Chinese warehouse. After warehouse arrival, you will review the stored goods and choose a parcel route. Keep enough budget for that second stage instead of treating the first payment as the delivered total.

07

Warehouse Arrival

A paid purchase is followed by seller fulfilment and delivery to the warehouse. After intake and inspection, stored goods appear in the warehouse section of your account. International shipping is a separate step: select stored items, submit a parcel and pay the shipping amount.

Use the warehouse QC checklist to review your own order before deciding whether to keep or query the goods.

08

Use Arrival as a Decision Point

Open the photographs associated with your own stored order and compare them with the option you paid for. A public QC gallery can help you understand what to look for, but it is not evidence of what arrived for your account. Resolve an obvious wrong item, missing quantity or visible damage before adding the goods to an international parcel.

Make a note of the warehouse status date as soon as the goods appear. The storage period and the seller-return window serve different purposes and can expire at very different times. Waiting to combine several purchases does not preserve an otherwise expiring return right. Use the warehouse review to decide whether to keep, query or request an eligible return.

09

Check Benefits at Checkout

Review any new-user or App-login offer shown in the official service at checkout. A coupon package is conditional credit towards specified services, not an account cash deposit or a reduction on every item. Confirm the current eligibility and expiry before relying on it.

The payments and top-ups guide explains coupon conditions and which costs still need to be paid.

10

Confirm Receipt after Checking the Delivery

Fishgoo’s buying sequence ends with opening the correct record in My Parcel and confirming receipt after the package has arrived. The same sequence associates that action with reward points. Check the received goods and preserve any evidence of a problem before completing the receipt step; a tracking scan alone is not a substitute for checking the delivery.

The public buying sequence does not establish a fixed points award, cash value or redemption rate for every parcel. Consult the current account rules for the reward attached to your shipment. If delivery is disputed, contact support with the parcel number and tracking record instead of confirming receipt simply to obtain points.

For parcel submission, tracking and delivery checks, follow the international shipping guide.

11

Compare Measurements Before Choosing a Size

Start with the size chart for the exact listing and selected variant. Check the units and whether the numbers describe body measurements, finished garment measurements, foot length or another measurement. Labels such as M, EU 42 or US 9 are not a reliable conversion between different brands or sellers.

Record your selected size and the chart used when ordering. At the warehouse stage, compare the visible size label with that selection and ask whether any additional measurement you need is available. A matching label or a public QC set does not establish fit.

  • For tops and outerwear, lay a similar item that fits you flat and compare chest width, shoulder width, body length and sleeves using the seller’s measuring points. Keep room for any layers you plan to wear.
  • For trousers and shorts, compare waist, rise, inseam and thigh or leg-opening width. Check whether the listed waist is a flat width, a circumference or a stretched measurement.
  • For shoes, follow the seller’s foot-measurement instructions and the chart for that exact model. Foot length and insole length are different measurements; do not substitute one for the other.
  • Keep measurements in the same units and compare the same measuring method. If a chart is missing or ambiguous, ask for clarification before paying rather than estimating from another listing’s photos.
